Not only did Dr Rosa listen to what I said he also asked questions that prompted me to give answers. He picked up on my underlying depression from my general outlook and responses and got me to open up and discuss treatment. The treatment prescribed has been a great success and the follow up visits have been friendly and encouraging - with the offer of more support should I need it.
